I toured this apartment community in October 2015, and it was truly stunning! The common areas were all gorgeously designed and very well-​maintained, apartment grounds were beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive as well (if you your here, say hi to Caitlen for me, she’s great!!).
The apartment units themselves were very open and nicely designed. I toured the Lakeview 1br 1 bath floor plan and it was fantastic. Very spacious compared to other units I had toured in the area. After having seen several other apartment communities, the decision to move to Wellsley Park at Deane Hill was easy peasy! Can’t wait to move in!

This is a beautiful, higher-​end complex for Knoxville. We used to live in NYC, and rented sight unseen. The management and staff (ALL) have been amazing. We now have a beautiful unit, a garage, reasonable rent, clean and chic pool and gym. MOST importantly we feel welcomed to Knoxville, TN. If you do not look at Wellsley Park At Deane Hill, you are missing out.
Lastly, we suggest all those relocating for major cities to REALLY look at this place. It has a lot of amenities and the location is as good as it gets for the area!!! We have lived in SF, LA, Seattle, London, and NYC, and really like this location (close to shops, and the living standards you would be used to).
