Outrageously overpriced for what you end up with!!! The upgrades that have been done are the lowest of qualities and do not last. The microwaves are placed user a cabinet above the oven, mine just fell off one day. My apartment was flooded out due to roaring water pipes no less the 6 times while I was there. Was promised a accented paint wall when I signed my lease that they would not honor. Save yourself the anger and heartache and find a better apartment complex then this.

Old, trying to upgrade but charging «new» rents per month. Insist on seeing the unit you will rent not a model… there are MUCH better facilities close by for lower costs.
