Transformations Massage and Wellness Center

First massage at this business a few months ago. I originally went in due to stress-​induced, near muscle seize in my neck area. After and hour of massage and some general rest at night, I am thankful to say that my neck is no longer in pain. Thanks to all the other positive reviews, I decided I would give this place a try. So thankful I did, and I will definitely return again! Would highly recommend! Two thumbs up!

Lisa has literally saved my life! Several years ago I had a severe tear to my IT band. Let’s just say it’s pretty much crippling. I spent a gazillion dollars with Orthopedic surgeons and physical therapy. I was still a mess. The doctor basically told me that this injury was going to be with me the rest of my life. Then I discovered Lisa!
Lisa has the most amazing understanding of the human body. She could teach all these other «professionals» a thing or two. She has given me my life back and I’m forever grateful.
Pharmaceuticals got nuthin’ on Lisa! When I leave from a session with Lisa I feel like I’m sitting in a hug tub of warm pancake syrup. Don’t believe me? Go see her and see for yourself.
In short, Lisa is a great person who truly cares about her customers. She is not some Fruit Loop massage therapist that did minimal studies to qualify for a license. Lisa is constantly seeking out further education in her field. She is a true professional.
Additionally, Lisa’s new location is super nice. She has worked really hard to get to this place in her life. She truly deserves it. Now, you deserve a trip to Lisa! Make your appointment now and you will be feeling like a new person.
As a side, if I ever win the Powerball all you folks reading this review will be S.O.L. (if you don’t know what that means, you’re already S.O.L.). If I win the Powerball I’m going to build Lisa a big ass house. I’m going to build a small one out back of her’s. That’s where I’ll live. I’ll be her Manservant for the rest of her life as long as she keeps me walking upright and rockin’ bipedal locomotion.

I discovered Lisa a few years ago & she is amazing. She can help with migraines, drawn up muscles, etc. You should give her a try.

I’ve been getting massages from Lisa for almost a year, and she’s one of the best massage therapists around — I can’t imagine who in Knoxville would be better, actually.
Before I started seeing Lisa, I had some severe hip pain (that made my left foot go numb sometimes) after a really cramped plane ride (I know this will be a separate review, but seriously Delta, your MD-​80s need to accommodate people who are over 5 feet tall.), and after a session with Lisa, I had my first pain-​free day in like three months. It took a couple more sessions for it to go away completely, but that’s because my hip was seriously jacked up. (For which I thank Delta and the guy sitting next to me who took up part of my seat.)
She offers a variety of types of massage, and will definitely listen to what your issues are and fix them. I HIGHLY recommend her!
