My favorite Vape shop by far! Love everyone that works there. They are always so helpful, knowledgable & especially patient with my ignorance on priming coils lol. These guys have saved me several times. They carry the best of the best in equipment & delicious juices, my personal fav being Raging Donut. This will always be my go to Vape shop.

I started my vaping career in this shop. I permanently put down 2 packs a day for 27 years twenty minutes after walking out of this shop with my itaste CLK! Haven’t craved a cigarette since. I’ve upgraded gear, but haven’t even thought of a cigarette. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the gear they carry. The slim fella with the spiked hair and long gotee talked my wife through every aspect of that Innokin stick. Cleaning, changing coils, everything! I’ve been several times since for coils, a tank or two, and a refill of Outlaw juice. My experience is always the same. I could live in this place if they’d just let me set up a mailbox. Customer service done right. Love this shop!

The Vape Shop helped get me started with vaping over a year ago back when they were just a little booth in a flea market. Now they have a brick and mortar store, and it’s awesome. Couches, TV, coil-​building tables, and a voopin’ stand in the bathroom. Plus, their sampling set-​up is top-​notch.
While The Vape Shop has an awesome selection of products, from juices to gear, that’s not why I go here. I go to the Vape Shop because the people who work here are friendly, helpful, and honest. I’ve never seen anything but exceptional service from every single employee at The Vape Shop, and I can say that with full confidence.
I cannot recommend this store enough, and while I don’t live in the area anymore, I’d rather make a long detour to The Vape Shop rather than deal with another place. While Knoxville has other shops that are great, The Vape Shop is better, and it’ll always be the one I head to.
If you’re looking to quit smoking and have no idea where to start, stop by The Vape Shop. They will help you. On the other hand, if you’re experienced in all things vaping, The Vape Shop will not disappoint you. I send all of my newbie vaping friends here, and I’ve yet to hear a single negative thing about this place, and for good reason.

No reviews? I love dealing with Mark and Phil ever since they started as a small booth at the flea market. All of the employees are SUPER friendly, place is comfy, prices are great. Great selection of beginner and advanced vape gear.
Great selection of top notch juice and, of course, a sample station.
Location is right off the highway.
I always carry around their business cards to hand out to people who ask me about vaping.
