The Rush Fitness Complex

Awesome complex, now a Gold’s Gym.
The space is huge. Has all of the equipment you could possibly need and plenty to go around so there’s no waiting line. They have Crossfit, basketball court, indoor pool, sauna, showers, huge locker rooms, daycare, mirrors on every wall, monkey bars, gloves for sale, etc
I’ll be here whenever I visit Knoxville.

Great gym. Always clean and staff is always friendly. The trainer (Matt) I have is great! He makes working out fun and useful. My kids (teens) love going because of the rock climbing wall. The staff at the walk are great, very encouraging with the kids so much that they have set a goal of learning I rock climb in the near future.
Proving is fair and well worth it!

The Customer Service is poor. I had a terrible experience trying to cancel my membership, when I moved out of state. It is not surprising to see the negative reviews. Unfortunately, They are not up front with you at the time you join.

Pushy, pushy, pushy! I’m not a member but I went to try it out. I was not impressed. Their «sales» staff is terrible. It was very crowded and they surely don’t need to push membership higher if it’s already crowded during non-​peak hours. I have a friend that just joined. She purchased personal training sessions. The trainer literally ended one of her PAID sessions early so she could talk to sales about purchasing more training sessions (when she still had sessions left that she paid for). Then he proceeded to text her the next day to ask her AGAIN when she was going to drop in to buy more sessions. My limited experience is that this place is so focused on selling new memberships that it will lose out on big-​time on retention. If I were to buy a membership at a gym, this would not be the place. Rush scares me.

Good variety of equipment. Decent atmosphere. Not the best Rush Fitness, but still provides great workouts!

was going to join here, went to check it out and was under such terrible pressure and treated so terible, the GM was trying to get me to buy a $ 1000 package that i told him i could not afford, he proceded to tell me that a woman «my size» really needed this package. I left out of there
(almost in tears) and went to courtsouth and joined them the next day. GO to Courtsouth, they are better and their plans are better.
