Sadly, I’ve now had two bad experiences at this Kroger, which is sad since it’s the closest to my house. Some of the employees there are not helpful and don’t seem time be knowledgeable. My first problem was when I had two cards(not sure how that happened) on my account. I had been going there for a few weeks and asking why my digital coupons weren’t showing up. Each time, I was told they were. Finally, I went to the service area and was told they weren’t showing because my account wasn’t activated. The employee there was helpful and even called the main customer service number to get the problem sorted out. However, I lost quite a bit of money between not having the coupons used and the fuel points not counted. Then I was there over this past weekend. I had forgotten my card in the car and they were closing early for maintenance. I didn’t want to risk not being able to get back in if I went to get my card. The employee there showed me how to use my phone number to pull my account up. For some reason it wasn’t working. The employee told me I must have changed my number(I’ve had it for over 10 years). She didn’t offer to help solve the problem but instead chose to continue doing whatever it was she was doing on her cell phone. I commented that I wanted the points, as that’s the main benefit for shopping there, and she restarted my phone number was wrong. A lot of help that did! Luckily, my friend that was there with me let me use his card to get the discounts, but won’t get the fuel points. Management needs to look into their employees lack of answering customer questions and obvious not caring attitude towards customers. Truly disappointed.

My go to Krogers since it’s near school and on my way home. It’s neat and there are a lot of helpful employees! Parking isn’t too bad and the gas station is located nearby — if you are staring directly in front of the store, it’s to your right. I had trouble looking for it…

I didn’t get to go around the entire store but they finished the remodel. The only problem I have with this location is that it is so small especially now that they have added a few more options. They also have a fuel center! I came in here to get a good deal on the tissue.

This is my neighborhood Kroger so maybe I’m partial to it but I love it! It has recently been completely updated and looks great. The staff is my favorite– everyone who works here is friendly and sooo helpful! It shares a parking lot with my favorite Starbucks and the Kroger gas station– conveeenience!

In California, the store similar(same company umbrella) is called Ralph’s. So you are able to use your Ralph’s club card number at any Kroger establishment. Prices are normally decent and the produce section is for the most part fresh. Friendly service here as the staff will always try to help you find what you need. This Kroger can be a one stop shop. Get your groceries here, your toiletries, as well as your seasonal items. By the way, they do have same organic section available.

This is a typical Kroger mart, I have one near my house in Ypsilanti MI. This one isn’t much different. It is a big nicer if I was to really compare than my local one, but overall the items are similar(with more southern flare… I guess if you take a northern perspective from MI). Shop here for your groceries, save with their card both in store and at the pump with Shell. Great prices on all grocery items.

I like Northshore better, but I have shopped here since 1981 and never had any problems. I find it more limited on what they have, though.
