Service requests are completed in a timely manner. The renovations within the subdivision give this place a sheek look with stucco walls and a new gym.

I’ve been living here for a couple months now. The experience so far has been pretty awesome. The apartment is well kept and has great amenities. I love the club house and staff too! The only thing is that the pools are small and shallow. Also, the amenities are added monthly and can be expensive in the long run. The atmosphere of the apartment is great because everyone is very nice and friendly. It’s also a great place if you have dogs because they have a well kept dog park and dog cleanup stations everywhere. It’s pretty close to campus and doesn’t have bad afternoon and morning traffic because you aren’t going towards I-​40. Definitely check it out!

Great campus, nice apartments, super friendly maintenance and grounds staff. I enjoy living here and so does my dog, they recently added a dog park area which is really nice.

I have been living at Steeplechase for a little over two years. I love the floorplan and the space it provides. I am looking forward to the renovations, especially with the amenities. It is close to campus yet tucked into it’s own community.
