Wow I had a tiny chip, they immediately tried to up sell me on a windshield. When I refused they turned a tiny rock chip into a 10 inch Crack and they said it only happens 1 in 1000 and they could have someone out the same day to replace it. I’m from Florida and we are allowed 2 free windshields a year, the guy tried to tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover a lexus dealership to put a OEM windshield in. I called my insurance (USAA) and usaa told me completely different. Not to mention they freaking scratch the crap out of the roof of my car with their umbrella and my car is black. Thanks safelight, I’ll be sure to let everyone know if you can’t up sell us that you’ll damage our cars. Sorry my car is dirty I just drove up the day before, but the scratches are definitely evident.

Shane was on it! Almost as soon as we put the car in park he was there and taking charge. We left the vehicle and he called less than an hour later letting us know he was done. Very professional, no messing around, got the job done quick.

These guys are awesome! I drove to the facility and was informed that the wait time at most would be 2 hours. No problem, for me. The gentlemen were polite and courteous. The waiting area was clean. The tech, Jeffrey Wisz was very prompt, professional, & wanted to make the process accurate. The work was perfect. They even vacuumed & cleaned the interior glass and carpet!!! I’d take my car back anytime. I observed some of the other workers as well, and they seemed to have the customers hearts at interest. I believe they do the best they can to satisfy our auto needs. Thanks guys for a great first experience!!!

Staff is very friendly and cordially. My appointment was kept ontime and even though I was early they had had explained their guy was at lunch but should be back before my time, and he would have me in as soon as possible. I cannot express on how professional these guys are here, I will continue to use this one even though I am only here in Knoxville due to business needs.

They did not seal the windshield properly and when I drove it back to work it was howling wind. Called the store I had it repaired at, and they are sending a guy over to look at it in a few days. As i was walking around the car at work with a coworker to find out where the air was coming from, I noticed that had torn the rubber on the cowling. Contacted SafeCo my insurance company, and they notated it on the claim. They transferred me over to SafeLite executive team who basically told me «we have notated the claim» and that was all.
