I love the salad bar. The prime burger plain, medium rare is just amazing. My wife likes the baked ravioli. Typical clean, fast, efficient service.

Regular Ruby Tuesdays experience. Salad bar is good and service is great. Food here is tasty as always.

We’ve eaten here twice with a month at lunch time. Both times got there around 11:15 am and were let down both times. We got the salad bar each time. Not happy. Both wife and I were sick afterwards. First time we thought it was the flue but no no. The crappy salad bar no pun intended.

We went in with a party of 8 at about 2:00 on a Saturday. We sat at the table waiting for a server for more than 15 minutes; I stopped counting after that. There were several servers around and we could hear them arguing about who was going to wait on us. Humiliating. We ended up leaving after several more minutes. We let corporate know and never heard back. We used to go there often even though it was a bit pricey for what you were getting. We haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday since.

It seems that this location’s standards continually get lower and lower. I went in for lunch recently and was met by a server that wasn’t even in uniform(hair wasn’t up, no apron on, etc.). She looked like she’d been working in her yard. She was very friendly and turned out to be an efficient server. Salad bar was adequate. Nothing that stood out. I ordered a Creole cod on the lunch menu. The size of the cod was small which wouldn’t have mattered, but it was way over seasoned. It seemed like there was more seasoning than fish. I ordered the spaghetti squash as a side. It was bland and there was way too much of it. I also ordered broccoli. The broccoli was fine. The one thing this location did well was get me in and out for lunch quickly. That being said, I was the only person in the restaurant until toward the end of my experience.

Every time I go here, I leave disappointed. They seem to market themselves as upscale food for casual fare prices, but the result is underwhelming food that sounds much tastier than it is. I haven’t given up completely on Ruby Tuesdays, but I miss the old RT, even if it was pretty much the same as every other casual American restaurant.
