Terrible establishment. Not only do they have a reputation for putting water in their gas, their customer service has denied me from purchasing beer (I’m 23, and completely legal) on multiple occasions. Pilot is notorious for treating customers badly, but this one in particular is staffed with degenerate employees who get a power kick out of refusing to serve their customers. Avoid at all costs.

I hate gas stations as a rule, and American gas stations, in southern states, in heavily populated areas, are some of the worst in the universe. This Pilot station is on «the Strip» on the University of Tennessee campus, and it shares all the drawbacks one might expect: terrible parking, thoughtless and inconsiderate customers, and a careless staff.
I only go here because it’s the least objectionable gas station on campus and not the most cluster-​fuct Pilot station in town.
