My husband and I always love going to O’Charley’s for their amazing food and drinks, and our most recent visit was no exception. We usually visit the Turkey Creek location, but came here to escape the cold quicker. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was superb — friendly and prompt. I had the free refill fresh strawberry lemonade, my husband opted for the raspberry tea. Rolls hot and fresh like always. We always order the Loaded Potato Soup to split — so good — and while we usually order lots of apps to fill us up, I tried something off the new choice menu — the Prime Rib sandwich. My husband ordered one of my favorites — the Cajun Chicken pasta. Both were excellent — I’d never had a prime rib sandwich before, but this was a delicious introduction. The steak was juicy, slathered in onions and white cheddar cheese, and the bread underneath wasn’t soggy, but crisp and tasty. We also got the Twisted Chips with Queso — a must have. Only downfall — we didn’t come on Free Pie day! We’ll be back again.

Today you get 5 stars Charley! Chicken Pot Pie! Absolutely fantastic! Hot. Saucy. Flaky crust. Carrots. Peas. Hunks of chicken. Seriously! Give me MORE!!! I also had a salad with bleu cheese dressing. It was a salad. It was cold. It was fresh. It was what it should be. Decaf coffee was good. Not bitter. No sugar on table and none offered. Odd. Server friendly. Food delivered rapidly considering it was Sunday brunch. ONLY complaint… if I ask for a window table, don’t lie and say they are all full. I went to the restroom only to walk by TWO window tables that seat three or more and were NOT taken! Honor a customers table request. It’s the simple things folks!

I can’t think of anyone who exemplifies Southern hospitality better than Mary Baker from store #208. She is always smiling and happy! She is the gold standard for great customer service! #OCTheLittleThings

Great server, Lorie. Excellent Cobb salad. Better than Mimi’s which I have used as benchmark for Cobb salads. Charming manager came by to check on us. The place was full on Friday at dinner. Not too loud. I moved to the area a month ago and Chili’s has been my go-to place both in Texas and California, but I may be changing my loyalties.

Like many, I come here for the rolls! The salads are great, too. I especially enjoy the Calypso salad.

Not good. Staff friendly, and server, Caitlin capable. Food not worth the price. The fish and chips — substituted fries for mac & cheese. Tasted like it was straight out of a Kraft mac & cheese box. Fish all but burned. I wish I had gone to Capt. D’s. Wife got pasta with prime rib. She ate it, but presentation was a mess. It was penne pasta, some leftover steak, and a few pieces of asparagus. She added a salad that was mostly lettuce. The bar ran out of 22 oz. glasses for beer. No wonder the place was almost empty on a Tues. evening.

Simply said there is nothing special about O’Charley’s… The food is just so-so and the staff is lacking a lot in personality. My biggest complaint is the fact that they can’t seem to get my order correct. The management has always done the sorry dance and credited the bill for any mistakes but if it keeps happening it’s a problem.

We eat lunch at this location all of the time. The food is always good. The staff is usually great and serve us swiftly. The Manager is awesome! Today, however, the waitress we had was simply unbelievable. We gave our drink and food order at the same time and told her we had a limited amount of time. Like a lot of people, we get an hour for lunch. Fourty five minutes later, she came back with a water pitcher to fill our glasses and we had to ask about our food. Ten minutes later another waitress brought our food out and it was cold. Then she messed our checks up and we got the distinct impression that she did it on purpose just to make us late getting back to work. Needless to say, if you go here and your waitress is a blond named Debra, ask for another waitress!

My Mom and I had lunch there today. We both had the French Dip and it was wonderful. I had the Smashed Bacon Potatoes and they were delicious! Our server, Brandon, was very attentive and polite. We will return!

Our family of five came here after church for lunch. They have completely remodeled the restaurant and have several new menu items. We were greeted and seated in just a few minutes by the very attentive staff. The service was quick and friendly. I had their new catfish dinner. It was a reasonable portion of tender, corn meal breaded cat fish. Good hushpuppies(3) and a generous portion of shredded coke slaw. Everyone’s food was good. There wasn’t anything special about this meal — not awesome but not bad. I could probably get better good elsewhere for about the same price but this is convenient.

Ohhhh, what can I say. It used to be so good! And still, I never have a problem with my food and it’s all good and I plan to go back soon, but I never do. I’m not sure why that is because I have no complaints. I guess it just reminds me of so many other places and is not unique maybe? I think it’s sooooooooo much better than Aubrey’s though, so you should try it. If you like Aubrey’s, you should be in love with this!

My first experience eating at an O’Charley’s and would definitely go back again. The service was average. The Tuscan Chicken Pasta was great. Another member of group had the fish and shrimp and said the fish was good but the shrimp was too breaded.

I’ve had better food at many places. Much better food at other O’Charley’s. My steak was overcooked and the sides were just okay. I don’t suggest going. I did have a decently strong happy hour margarita. The cowboy(yes he was complete with boots, hat, and a dip can in his back pocket) was pretty hilarious at the bar.

I’m not sure why anyone would give this place 4 stars. It truly blows my mind. I arrived here because I had a gift card to use. I was not sure how much was on it but I knew it couldn’t be more than $ 10. I went to the bar and sat down with a friend. I am not sure they had cleaned the bar from the previous customers because my arms got some sticky mess on them. Gross. My friend and I ordered a margarita. It wasn’t anytime around Christmas or St. Patrick’s Day so when the margarita had a green salt rim I was a little bewildered. The margaritas were extremely weak and the bartender had put way too much margarita mix in our drinks. We had to tell her what to do to make them taste better. We decided to order potato skins just to check them out. They had been frozen potato skins as one was not cooked all the way thru and all of the skins were just barely warm. Must be tough to put them in the oven for a few minutes especially since the plate was pretty hot. I guess it must have sat in the hot window for a while. Potato Skins are not hard to make at all, so for any place to have frozen potato skins it blows my mind. If I were you travel down the street to Blue Chips. Yes, it is a nice dive bar but the bar food there blows places like O’Charley’s out of the water! Anyway, we were given the bill and I placed my gift card down. Apparently I had it for a little too long and it had completely expired. That really sucked especially since our bill was close to $ 60 for margaritas we helped the bartender make and for frozen potato skins. On another I saw the manager pick up a rag, proceed to drop it on the floor, pick it back up and wipe off tables with his dirty rag. If I were you I would stay away from this place! Cheers and Enjoy!
