Won an ebay auction and upon talking to Dustin on the phone they attempted to add another $ 500 in fees which weren’t mentioned in the auction. I said they never listed that on the auction, even though they charge that apparently for all auctions or sales and it should have been disclosed exactly. Then they told me they were going to force me to pay for the entire amount. haha I wouldn’t recommend these criminals to anybody ever.

Recently inquired online about a vehicle at this dealership and received horrible customer service. After the initial conversation, I sent my trade info so the salesman Rick Culotta could work up a deal sheet. What a deal sheet it was: $ 795 for customer protection and $ 249 for theft deterrent. WHAT! When I addressed all the weird charges and referred to his sales tactics as a «typical salesman,» I got another email asking if I would purchase the vehicle if he took the charges off. I countered back with a low offer only to get a smart azz email, which I included along with the deal sheet for viewing. I forwarded the email to the customer service department with no reply. I guess the whole dealership is low quality customer service.
