Worst meal for delivery they called twice to get address and when my burger and fries arrived it was cold and the cost was close to 20.00. Called they were not concerned.

The sandwiches have almost no meat on them and the«pizza» is gross. I have eaten here once… ordered twice. Here’s how: I ordered over the phone and kind of blew off the less than gracious customer service on the other end. To make matters worse when I went in to pick up my order the guy who was working there was outside with the front door propped open smoking. All of the smoke was going back into the lobby of the restaurant. And he was wearing sandals.(Pretty sure that’s a health code violation). He was rude and acted pissed off that I had interrupted his smoke break. But the worst part, the part that made me turn around and leave without my food, was when a roach crawled across the floor in front of the soda cooler. I recommend everyone steer clear of this whole in the wall.

I ate in Milano pizza couple times and I loved it because the food was great and it is a combination of middle eastern and American food. Great place, nice staff :)

Milano is new ownership than the old pizza place that was in the same spot. I’ve had the pizza and it is delicious! Staff is nice and i can’t wait to try the falafel & hummus! Wide variety of food & a health score in the high 90s! Give them a shout! I got my order as pick up instead of delivery.

I ordered online from Milanos and paid online. The estimated delivery time was 1 hour. After 2 hours I called to see where it was. When I asked about my delivery they asked if this was the online order and repeated my order to me. When I said yes they said sorry I was outside of their delivery range, that they only deliver within 5 miles. When I told them that I was less than 2 miles from them they put me on hold. When they came back they said sorry they never received my order. When I told them they had already charged my card they said sorry but they wouldn’t refund the money. I paid $ 30 for no food and was refused a refund.
