Every single time I come here (and I come to this one a lot), they always get my order right. I went after 8:30 pm and it was steady and not super busy. I ordered the Asian chicken salad, medium fries, and a strawberry tea. The cashier/​server asked all of the right questions and made sure that I was taken care of quickly.

I’m only rating based on the drive-​thru experience. The inside may be a totally different story.
Ordering at the drive-​thru was harder than it should have been. I ordered a wrap meal, which turned into being only the wrap for the total when I went to pay, which then turned out to be a chicken sandwich only and no drink or fries when I opened the bag.
This is either strange magic or they got the order completely wrong. On the bright side, the sandwich was pretty good.
