Legacy Pointe Apartments

We love Legacy Pointe apartments. The rent is reasonable for a 3 bedroom luxury unit we pay $ 1026 and after the pet deposit is paid there is no monthly chae. The rooma are large and spacious.rge. The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We love living her

We lived at this complex for two years. We paid a pet fee of about two hundred and fifty dollars, a deposit of five hundred. A month after we moved in, the carpet would develope black spots and would have to be shampooed monthly. We were given a manual of the complex rules which were not enforced. We had to walk through garbage where the neighbors would pile thier trash outside their appartment doors and let set there for days. This was during the summer so the smell was unreal. They are a pet friendly place but most would clean up after thier dogs. When we got ready to move out I was told not to worry about cleaning the carpets and I explained the black spots and was told they would handle the cleaning. Shortly after moving out we received a bill for over nine hundred dollars for new carpeting. They held the deposit and billed me for the remainder. We were paying one thousand, nin hundred per month. This place is not worth it. They are not what they present. The place is not kept as it should. I was told the pet deposit was a fee not a deposit. That was money just lost. There are much cheaper places that I am sure are much nicer. I also count not get my cable to work as it should and received no assistance from managemant. I was paying Comcast about one hundred and fifty dollars per month and could not watch television. They do not allow anyone but Comcast to service the apartments. You are not getting what you pay for. As for the services they offer, pool/​gym. I had to go back later and buy keys to gain access to these and many of the residents were giving out the codes as anyone could come use the facilities.
