I ordered one dozen hot glazed doughnuts at the drive through and asked for the senior discount of 10%. The«Hot Doughnuts Now» sign was on. When I arrived at the window, the wait was unusually long for such a simple order. I turned off my engine after several minutes. I was told the manager had to approve the discount. Several minutes passed and the line behind me was full. The manager came to the window and said the discount was not offered at the window, a fact not disclosed on KK’s website or the many discount lists. I paid the full price and drove off. The doughnuts were normal room temperature, clearly not«hot» as requested or advertised. Not a good way for a new business to operate.
