KFC

Not good. Not good at all.
I generally like KFC but this location needs to be avoided.
Both my husband and I ordered the 2 piece meals and got very scrawny wings and breasts. The biscuits were hard as rocks and my mashed potatoes were runny and bland. My husband potato wedges were cold.
We were the only customers there and now I know why.

I’m only giving this place one star, because I can’t give it zero! Went through drive-​through yesterday and had a relatively small order, and when I got home, half of it was missing. I should know better in Tennessee that you have to check the bags at fast food restaurants. Most of the time they never get anything right in knoxville. Called and spoke to the manager on duty, who was unaccommodating and rude and basically said I had to drive back across town and spend more money in gas than the missing items were worth if I wanted them. But we were already sitting down to dinner, so that didn’t work. He refused to do anything else or offer to send a refund or coupons or anything. I called back the next day and spoke to the manager, Sarah, Who was actually less accommodating and ruder than he was! All I asked for was that they refund the missing items to my credit card. She refused, and insisted that I would have to Drive back over there (this place is not near my house). And show them the receipt to get a cash refund. I explained that I don’t have the time to drive way back over there, and it will actually cost me more in gas then the missing items cost to begin with. She said too bad then, we won’t do anything for you. I’ve now left a message for the district manager, but based on the short history, I’m not expecting much. Guess I will just dispute the charge on my credit card. Shockingly horrible customer service! No wonder KFC has lost such a massive market share to other restaurants.

First time there tonight and had a perfectly fine experience, unlike the other reviewers. Granted, it was a Saturday night and the place was empty. Was greeted promptly and nicely by Beth. Order was accurate and prompt. Cashier made friendly small talk while maintaining her professionalism. The food tasted great. Beth smiled as we left and invited us to return. All around excellent!

This place just sucks! I’ve been a couple of times and they told me they were out of chicken. Really? I’ve never been more disappointed in any restaurant in my life.
You go there for comfort food and get kicked in the nuts.
I love KFC but this location ought to close and settle for a been there done that medal.
When I was a kid, this was my favorite. Now, it’s a big waste of my time and money.

Service is bad quite often in the drive thru. They are careless and leave napkins, etc. out.
