Apartment manager lied about lease, apartment flooring, and move-​in date. Not surprising-​Poor service for shitty apartments.

I love Hialeah! I have been living here for two years and we are going to sign another lease! The apartment manager is super reasonable. And the staff is very nice. They seem very happy to work with/​help you if there is something that needs to be repaired. I think as long as you are a good tenant then you’ll have a great experience. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the driers and washers are frequently out of order. However, this is probably due to the washer and driers being so old and how hard it is on them to be used so frequently. Maintenance does try to keep them running.
So over all, I would recommend Hialeah to everyone who is looking for affordable living with pleasant staff.
