Hall’s Flower Shop

Awesome shop. Phil took the order and had a huge 6ft spray for my grandpa’s funeral. I would recommend this shop to anyone with flower needs.

My grandmother was in the hospital up in the Knoxville area and I found out late in the evening and needed to get flowers to her the next day. I tried all of the big name online stores — but found that a third of their price was from all of their «fees». I don’t mind spending the money, but I want it to be bc the flowers are really nice — not spend it on a small bunch of flowers and a huge chunk of fees. So I searched all night for local shops in that area that had the right thing on their website (we wanted a potted azalea rather than cut flowers). I decided on Halls Flower Shop bc most of the money was toward the nice plant — and I think only $ 10 for delivery. I was pretty freaked out when the owner called the next morning saying that, since azaleas are off season, they could maybe sub for a green plant (which was the last thing we wanted bc she LOVES bright colors). I called as soon as I heard the vm and the guy couldn’t be more accommodating. He was happy to either sub whatever we wanted or even cancel the order altogether. I asked if he could do a cut arrangement in reds and purples (her favorite) and he was happy to oblige.
Now… you guys know ordering flowers is scary bc you never know the quality til they get there. So I was pleased as punch when my very picky grandma was over the moon… she said they were the most beautiful flowers she’s ever seen (and she isn’t prone to saying things like that to make you feel good… if she doesn’t like them, you’ll know!). She couldn’t even name one of the flowers in there — which is wild bc she is a huge flower person with a green thumb… and thought she’d seen it all! The shop was also able to still get the flowers delivered that day even thought I delayed the order til late morning trying to decide which flowers to send. We are SO happy we made the choice of this flower shop over the others… his kindness and willingness to put the order on hold until he spoke with me (rather than just shipping out a sub like most others would have done) really saved the day. If you need flowers delivered in that area, I highly recommend giving them a try.
