Probably the best antique store in knoxville. Especially if you are looking for the industrial vibe. I bought an industrial style cart that I’m going to use as a coffee table. Curt the owner is a really nice guy. He isn’t there as much as much bc of his health, but we called him and he was more then happy to meet us down there to sell me something.

There is a nice range of items, from higher end furniture to small collectables and decorations. The refurbished factory carts are really cool — I bought one as a coffee table. The location is a little bit hidden, but definitely worth tracking down. Overall a really cool store, lots of variety and helpful staff.

Gibson’s 1951 is a really interesting Anitque store. The quality of the antiques is unmatched by any store I’ve ever been to. The owner is really proud of his factory cart tables (as he should be) and has a great collection of them. They have all sorts of other anitques as well. It’s honesly like being in the warehouse they use for the staging of the show «Mad Men». The prices are completely reasonable for the quality of the products. These antiques are built to last.
