This was my first time ever at a Froyoz. It was not the greatest as the skittles were stale and the chocolate yogurt was out and the cashier apparently did not feel like changing it. We felt slightly uncomfortable as he watched us like hawk the entire time we were getting our yogurt. What am I going to do dump cookie pieces in my purse??? This place is quite pricey as well. Not worth the money.

I love Froyoz! It’s been a great addition to Fountain City to have an affordable self serve ice cream place close by. The staff is always friendly and I can’t help but fill up my cup every single time its so much fun!

We love Froyoz! It’s dangerously close to our house, has a friendly staff, is always clean and more importantly, has very good yogurt. I’m pretty sure by the taste that they use a liquid mix which is a higher quality than powdered mix. They carry some of my favorites– dulce de leche and pumpkin pie. Yum! My only complaint is that they are only in intermittently or seasonally for pumpkin and sometimes the workers are on their cell phones texting which is a no-​no when there are customers present.
They have a good variety of self– serve toppings and wonderful Ghirardelli sauces.
We’re a fan and will return!

The coconut flavored frozen yogurt is very good!!! LOTS OF TOPPINGS… cookie dough, nuts, candies, fruit, hot chocolate, caramel, whipped crème. Some of the flavors are much better than others… the peanuts butter flavor is fairly yummy too! If you wanna try a type of yogurt they have small sample cups.

Standard self serve yogurt place from what I’ve seen. Lots of different flavors that are a little different each time we come except for the standards of course (Chocolate, vanilla, etc) Tons of different toppings like cheesecake, several types of sprinkles, M&Ms, gummies, sauces, etc. My little one loves coming here and requests it all the time. We bring visitors here and they love it too.
They usually have one sorbet on the line (dairy free).
Get a punch card, they add up, especially if you go with more than one person, you’ll be getting free yogurt before you know it!
Mondays are free waffle bowl day and Tuesdays are Triple punch days.
Prices are ok, charged by weight, so watch out because it can add up fast! We usually go with three people and end up spending about $ 12 – 20. It’s a fun experience.

This is the second Froyoz to open in East Tennessee… It is a welcome addition to the Knoxville area! It is self serve with dozens of flavors and toppings. The staff is friendly, and every one will be happy and find something they like!
