Came in to get a watch repaired, was here for 20′ and walked away with a working watch and only $ 10 out of my wallet! The owner was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I took a in a couple of rings for sizing and some pieces to be polished. They were prompt in sizing and did a nice job on that. However the one of the vintage sterling peices I took to be polished was ruined. The piece was of real sterling, but the pearls were fake — which I was advised upon pick up; the silver portion it was polished but some of the pearls were loosing thier coating in some places. I was told they could put real pearls on for an additional charge, and there was no concern that they had rendered the piece unwearable, and I was still charged for the polishing. Had they told me of this potential for ruining the piece by dipping it in a solution I could have polished it myself and still had a wearable piece. Several of the other turqouise and silver pieces where the stones looked vibrant in color prior to «polishing» looked bleached out when I picked them up. It seems they are very busy and don’t really take the time to care for your things.
