Farragut Wine & Spirits

Unfortunately I would give them zero stars if I could. It is quite large store with large selection of wines and liquors but that is where all positive ends. The way wines are arranged makes it very hard for customer to find wine from certain country. Even asking from staff won’t help since their answer is «I don’t know». The pricing is very deceiving, they have special prices for people on their mailing list but somehow they «forget» to explain their pricing policy, you think you are buying $ 20 bottle but surprisingly it ends up being several dollars more at the checkout. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Thankfully there are so many other liquor stores nearby who truly know the meaning of great customer service.
