Con artists, and inept technicians! BEWARE!!! I purchased a pair of glasses at VW at a cost of $ 300.00, and they never got the Rx correct! The glasses actually made my sight worse than without! After taking the glasses to Dr. Bizer’s around a half dozen times to correct the lenses, I finally gave up and relied completely on my contact lenses. They never even attempted to fix the lenses, and at one point, the rude lady behind the desk took my glasses and bent them by hand(despite the fact that I told her the problem was not in the frame fitment, but in the lenses). Turns out that my Rx is +5, and the glasses they gave me were a –3! Fast forward to last week, I went to a competitor(Krystal Barton) who gave me an eye exam and told me that I cannot use contact lenses for the next week or two. I tried to contact Dr. Bizer’s Vision World about the issue again, and they refuse to do anything, other than graciously allow me to pay almost $ 300,00 to put new lenses into the frames, plus charge me for another exam! The GM did say that she would take off 25%… very nice of her, since their chain competitor quoted me $ 40.00 to put whole new lenses into my existing frames! DONOTMAKE A COSTLYMISTAKE!!! AVOIDTHESECROOKSLIKETHEPLAGUE! They charge 5−8X more than what they should, are excessively rude, and refuse to stand behind their product!!!

Worst place ever!!! Very rude and unprofessional after a 2 hour wait with an appointment they said I wasn’t covered on insurance which I was and if they had called and tried to find out they would of known that! The girl that checked me in was horrible very rude and mean!!! Very expensive to on frames I would never recommend them… they have changed there name and location it’s visionwork on Washington pike… I ended up going to volunteer eyecare. awesome place

My girlfriend called and set up an appointment for 11am the following day. They are moving, so their files are at the new place, which is understandable. What is not understandable is how the front desk can manage to not sign someone in as having an appointment AND manage to lose the original sign in paperwork. Checked in at 10:45, had to ask repeatedly about the appointment, and finally were ‘prioritized’ to the top of the list after an hour of waiting and refilling out the paperwork. And the phony«out of order» signs on the restrooms aren’t cool either. Just because your workers don’t want to clean before you move is a bit lazy. Can I leave less than one star?
