Dr Bizer’s Vision World Westown Mall

As my husband and I were strolling around the mall we came across Dr. Bizer’s and saw their ad out in front for $ 19 eye exams. We both went in and sat and waited for some time. Granted, it was a Saturday afternoon so I knew that it was going to be a little while.
The staff was nice and so was my optometrist. But what made me give the store a 1 star rating was because their glasses were just made of poor quality. I picked out 2 frames and I had to bring them back several times because my lenses just did not sit in the frames correctly. The gal was super patient and nice about trying to get my lenses into my frames but I was just sick and tired of the inability to get it right. I’ve been wearing glasses for years and this was the first time any store has been unable to fit proper lenses. The lenses were popping out of the frames. At first, I didn’t notice but after careful inspection I noticed that there was a gap between the frame rim and the lens. And no matter what she did she just couldn’t get it in there securely without a gap. Lens malfunction? Or frame malfunction? Well, she reordered 2 new frames and even then the same problem was occurring. In the end I was hugely dissatisfied with the product and therefore I had to return my glasses.
