Dr. Carabeth Russell is a great doctor! She’s observant, attentive and she has an awesome personality. April, her nurse is nice. The entire staff is friendly.
It’s very easy to get a same day appointment! No waiting days or weeks. That’s a huge plus in my book.
The reason for the 4 stars is because you see the doctor for like 3 minutes. Literally. I timed it. Sometimes that’s a good thing, but at other times you need that extra «personal touch.» I’m sure the reason for this is because they see so many patients (maybe the downside to same day appointments?) and the doctors have to rush around.
Regardless of the timing issue I would definitely recommend Dr. Russell and the practice.

Same day appointments! I’ve only seen Dr. Clark, but there are lots if doctors here. Great place if you get sick. Dr. Clark also does rounds at Park West for his patients (or at least he did 10yrs ago– wow how time flies!)
