My husband had a business meeting in Knoxville. So he had us travel with him. And he decided on this hotel for two days. It was a good stay, house keeping was excellent. The breakfast was good. The rooms were decent size for short stays. The vanity light did not work and the tub drained very we called down to the lobby to move to another room. She asked how long was our stay and I told her and she said she would call me right back. She did call back within three minutes. and said that she would have the maintenance guy come and fix the issues in the room. instead of us having to move to another room. LOL! I laugh at that because there were literally 8 or less people in the entire hotel at that time. So there were a lot of vacancies. The entire short time we were there the hotels occupancy was always less than 15 so it’s pretty quite. But we didn’t mind either way we just wanted to have a comfortable stay! The staff were just ok. nothing to brag about though. The best part of the hotel is the fact that they are pet and kid friendly! oh and the price is reasonable

You get what you pay for. Right on interstate, so there was a lot of noise from in the room all night. Toilet had a leak so it ran randomly. Tub was stopped up, so your shower turned into a bath. Bed was fair, but pillows were the smallest and worse of any hotel. Breakfast was lacking. Staff was friendly at check in and when asked for an extra pillow.

Decent for the price. Older but clean. The bedding and pillows suck! Staff is very nice. The highway is right beside the hotel so it was noisy at night.

Everything was wonderful. Especially for the price. We stopped briefly on our way to New Mexico. Only hold up was the mediocre breakfast… but it was free so really zero complaints.

Wow, very impressed for the price. Newspaper and bill under the door overnight. Nicely appointed clean rooms(showing a little wear & tear). Full breakfast(eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt etc.) in a nice carpeted brightly lit room. Really first rate for $ 55/night. I’ve stayed in Hilton’s, similarly warn, for 3 times the rate.

I had to stay here for 2 weeks unfortunately. The breakfast was mediocre for a clarion. The rooms smelled like smoke and must. Needs new comforters because the ones in the room barely qualify. Need microwaves that actually work. I wanted to use the gym but I don’t think that a cycle bike and a Bowflex will do. Few good things though, mini balcony and comfortable beds. I would never stay here again.

Clean room. Fitness room is literally a stationary bike and a bow flex type machine… Idk how hotels get away with that. There is a real gym across the street though. Breakfast was okay. TV shuts off at 9am to let you know its over haha. Pillows suck. My room had a balcony. Can’t really complain. If you’re going to visit the smokies I wouldn’t stay here though. Stay closer to Gatlinburg or that circus town sierville? TONS of hotels there.

DOGFRIENDLY ! EVENGIANTDOGS ! NOT American owned, which may sound awful, and I likely will be inundated with vitriolic hate mail… but…I have had many miserable experiences with hotels owned by those not born in the good ol’ USA. horrible service, double c.c. charges, $ 100 for a missing remote that was never given to us… too many to list… this place was the exception… the Patel family does a great and honorable job of running their hotel. Anyway…other than the unpleasant well fed woman at the front desk evening check in… seriously bad attitude… decent enough place to stay… well worth the $ 65 a night charge… Super nice staff in the morning ! Reasonably clean rooms… not too much mold in the bathroom… although the bathroom fans are recirculators… don’t exhaust to the outside. BALCONY’S !! The place has small balcony’s which is super nice… even in the dead of winter. WALLSTREETJOURNALSLIDUNDERTHEDOORAT5:00 A.M. !! YEAHBABY ! at a Clarion for $ 65 a night ?? tres nice indeed ! Breakfast was included and quite good ! Breakfast area was kept quite clean. Some healthy options along with the ubiquitous biscuits and gravy… Easy access of I — 75
