This chick-fil-a is a Chick fil A that is similar to any other one that you would go to. It is fairly clean the staff is rather courteous and overall it is a normal chick-fil-a. The reason I can only read it 3 stars, and I feel that is being generous, is because the quality of the chicken nuggets has been declining steadily over time. Used to when you went to chick-fil-a you knew for sure that if you got an 8 count of nuggets then all 8 Nuggets would be good. Now I am ordering a 12 pack of Nuggets hoping that I get at least 8 good nuggets out of it. You have to check each nugget now and make sure there isn’t a dark nasty spot in the middle of it or a piece of sinew. You also have to check and make sure that you don’t get a nugget that is one of those just like brown chicken piece kind of things that is completely inedible. However this does not fall on this particular restaurant I believe that chick-fil-a needs to increase their quality control back to the standards it once had and I hope that my review and others like it will spur some sort of corporate action. As I definitely visit chick-fil-a locations less frequently now due to the degrading quality of the products

The parking lot could be better configured, but the staff is friendly and the food is always good! This location has the kids play area, but the dining area is a little small. You can barely fit another car in the parking lot during lunch hours, but the drive thru is usually always quicker than dining in.

I didn’t eat at Chickfila for years due to a boycott I was participating in on the national level. I have to say, I missed it sorely. The boycott has ended now, and I’m back to my old haunt. Delicious. I love their sugary sweet chicken, their delicious crispy waffle fries, their Polynesian sauce, and their delicious Asian chicken salad. The best item on the menu, unfortunately, is the seasonal peppermint milkshake, which they only have around Christmas. This particular location has amazing customer service. I always have to find ways to say thank you that don’t illicit their mandated«my pleasure» response, which I’ve always found an awkward fit. Words like«excellent,» or «that looks great» seem to be good work arounds that still establish gratitude while also giving the employee’s script a break. I’ve come to miss«your welcome» as the standard response in our culture. They have switched from their christian rock playlists to what appears to be elevator music I find hard to place most of the time, which I think is a step backwards. Otherwise, I always have a very enjoyable meal at this restaurant.

If you are traveling and crave Chick-Fil-A, just a warning that this location is NOT right off the exit. I had to travel 2.1 miles to get here and it was located in a Plaza. I came at the wrong time because it was extremely busy. People are doing their Christmas shopping and it was on a Saturday. However, I could not believe how QUICKLY I got my meal. I ordered the 12 Piece Nuggets, Large Waffle Fry and a small cup of iced water. I was at the condiments section(btw, it’s well stocked and clean) and an employee called me by first name and delivered my lunch/bag(carry out)! Impressive!!! I just ate my meal in the car because I was pressed for time and had to get moving. The nuggets were delicious, hot and had great flavor,(they do not charge extra for sauce, they gave me two small condiment cups of ranch sauce) and my waffle fries were hot. Pricing is reasonable, paid only $ 6.55 for my meal. I saw at least two employees on the floor keeping the areas clean and taking out the garbage(making sure it does not overflow). Even though I went out of my way to get here, it was not painful and easy access to get in and out of. A great experience and once again Chick-Fil-A always delivers quality and friendly service.

Hands down the worst Chic Fil A I have ever been to. Went through the drive through. That at least was quick but maybe they should have slowed down to check the bags. Have been in the restaurant twice now to exchange condiments and dressings and ask for things that they didn’t even put in to begin with that we ordered. Why is this the worst? I have NEVER in my life(and I go to ChicFilA all the time) had my order wrong. They are always 100% right every time. These guys need to get with the program. :(

WOW! Went here for our first time on Black Friday! The drive thru was sooooo long so we went inside. They took our order right away and got us our drinks and coffee immediately. Then they hand delivered our food. Since they said it had taken too long(which I didn’t think so) they gave us a free chicken sandwich card on our next visit for everyone in our group. WOW! Then they came by and took our cups to get us refills so we didn’t have to get up! Then they came around again to take our dirty trays and food from us so we could continue to sit and chat with a clean table! This is like no fast food place I’ve ever been to!
