Buyers be aware. This place will scam you, tell you about a worry-free return policy and never honor their policy. Double check all receipts before you leave this store. There are many add-ons they will try to pull. I tried to resolve the matter with sales member, Jon. 1st attempt, he hung up on me after a 8 min hold. 2nd attempt, I asked for corporate’s number and he refused to give me their number. Only do business with the original Verizon Stores, never go to a third party retailer. Verizon will not acknowledge any business from these stores.

After waiting five months to renew my contract SIMPLY because I couldn’t decide on a phone, I visited Cellular Sales with the idea of getting more information, not quite sure I would be walking out with a new phone. After spending just the RIGHT amount of time with Walter, I walked out with a Samsung Galaxy S5. Walter answered all my questions AND he has a great sense of humor! I usually view going to buy a phone the equivalent of a visit to the dentist, but I left with a new phone, the knowledge it was the right phone for me AND I was entertained in the mean time! Thank you Cellular Sales, Walter and Chris for a customer driven experience!

Very rarely do I walk out of a place excited about the level of service I experienced; today was very different. I went to Cellular Sales yesterday to get a new iPhone after being told by the Apple Store that something was wrong with my charging port and it couldn’t be fixed. This happened the same day the iPhone 6 was released. Ironic, right? I walked in at 8:40pm knowing they closed at 9:00pm. I hate doing that to people but my phone was completely dead and wouldn’t charge. First world problem, I know… but you know you’d be lost without your phone too. We were greeted at the door by a guy named TK. I told him what was going on and he told me they had a tech guy named Tiekel that could take a look at it, but he had already left for the day. Trusting what I had been told by Apple, and knowing I had an upgrade available, I decided to buy the new iPhone. TK was awesome. He stayed way late to help me get everything set up, got me into a new plan that was half the price of the one I had been paying for and he had a great attitude about it all, even though he had been there since way early that morning. Today I go back to Cellular Sales to see if there’s anyway they can transfer the stuff from my old phone; of course I hadn’t backed it up to iCloud. TK was there again and he suggested we have Tiekel look at it, assuring me that he could do something to help. He was totally right. In less than 15 minutes, Tiekel had replaced my charging port… yes, the one Apple said couldn’t be fixed. At that point, TK got everything I needed off my old phone onto my new phone and got me set up to trade it in – now that it worked again – making it so that my iPhone 6 cost me next to nothing. And did I mention he stayed late again to do it all? Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a retail store in Knoxville and the only place I’ll ever go for my cell phone needs. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself. Shout out to TK and tech guru Tiekel. Thanks, again and keep it up!

Tyler is awesome! We brought so much to him and he fixed it all! See him for anything and everything. He will get it done. The store is always well staffed with someone to help the moment you walk in the door. This is a go to place for all needs cellular.
