Who has tasted Bruster’s who doesn’t love it? I got my start by giving a pint of blood and getting a free pint of Bruster’s ice cream. Since then, I have been hooked. The smell in the shop alone is so alluring that my mouth waters every time I stop there. The best ice cream yet! Salted caramel is a thick slice of heaven! I wish it were available all the time.

I always crave for ice cream. We were studying for our surgery final and my cravings spiked. I was able to convince my study gals to get ice cream and sushi with me. It was well worth the break. The employees that day were so cheerful on that rainy cold night. Customer service makes a huge difference. I tried the Coffee cake, pumpkin cheesecake, deep dish apple pie, apple crunch, turtle cheesecake, chocolate raspberry truffle, and apple yogurt? I have commitment problems when it comes to ice cream because I can eat it all! I forgot what I ended choosing but every flavor was fabulous. This gave us the pump we needed to continue studying on a Saturday night.

My go-​to spot when it comes to scoops of ice cream on a handmade waffle cone. This place is normally poppin’ around 8pm on a regular night. It must be the after dinner crowd. They have seasonal flavors that they rotate in and out. My favorite is the coffee and the graham canyon. I’ve come here before and they did not have any coffee flavors of any sort. It was a bit of a disappointment but I got over it. With the lack of that flavor, I had open my palette up to trying other none go-​to flavors.
You can always count on the following staple: chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Please make coffee another staple flavor. Thanks!

It’s hard to go wrong with ice cream, especially now that the sweltering heat is starting to kick up in Tennessee again. Certainly, Bruster’s will get you by just fine in this regard, just any other respectable brand would. Because I can taste no discernible difference between the quality of Bruster’s vs., say, Dreyer’s. If I were hard-​pressed to think of major distinguishing factors about Bruster’s, I would come up with flavor selection and serving size, namely the latter. I found the key lime pie ice cream to be refreshing if not remarkable, but a «Small» probably supplied my recommended daily caloric intake without the cone.
If you’re looking for exorbitant amounts of decent ice cream at a fair price, Bruster’s is the place to be.

Bruster’s ice cream is awesome. Good consistency ice cream with different flavors. They make their flavors fresh and change them out frequently so if you see a flavor you want to try I suggest you go for it. My favorite flavors are graham central station and mint oreo. The oreos are perfect, not to soft or hard! Cakes are pretty good too. They have premade cakes for last minute people. I also heard you can request a flavor 24-​hours in advance and they’ll have it in the shop for you.

I love Bruster’s and this location is great. Always get fast and friendly service. Scoop sizes are decent and so is the price.
My favorite flavors are graham central station– a must try even if you aren’t a fan of graham crackers, Oreo– the cookies are the perfect consistency, white turtle– pecans taste fresh and you even get a hint of salt every now and then, and mint chocolate chip– they know how to do their chocolate chips right.
Of course I like a whole bunch of other flavors too. Their cakes are great because the ice cream is top quality. They usually have a pretty decent selection of cakes made ahead if you need one last minute.
My only complaint is they need more locations. I love this place!

If you’re smart enough to order pistachio 24 hrs ahead of time they’ll have it ready for you! Actually you can order almost any flavor and it’ll be ready in about 24 hrs. Just call them! Their pistachio is to die for and full (and I mean FULL) of nuts! Only downfall here is they’re prices.

The ice cream is the same great Bruster’s ice cream they have at every location. It’s a sweeter ice cream and they carry a lot of great flavors. My favorites are the blueberry cheesecake in the spring, pumpkin ice cream in the fall, and the blasts with candy mixed in. My only complaint is that prices are a bit steep, in my opinion.
This particular location is nice because there’s a lot more outdoor seating than the Cedar Bluff one and the lines are usually not very long, though it’s still spring.
Definitely a great dessert spot for the Rocky Hill area.
