Walking into this place is surreal! You can probably get lost if you didn’t have help walking around. The selection they have is amazing. Prices are comparable to other furniture stores. The sales people hang out near the front and everyone jumps to help you. Our salesperson was really nice and she was very knowledgeable. We ended up getting a Recliner Couch and Massager Recliner (which my mom loves!), which they were able to deliver very quickly which was nice since we had just moved in to a unfurnished house. If we ever need more furniture, I am sure we will go back since we saw a lot of things that went on our wish list for later.

I had a problem with my couch, which obviously I was very unhappy about. I called and told them my problems and wouldn’t you know they’re sending my a brand new couch. Thank you brown squirrel.

Here’s a follow up to a review that I wrote several weeks ago. Been waiting over a month for a chair that we bought with a couch, loveseat, and recliner (which I had to take back due to damage as was the two replacement ones that I was offered). Was told several times that the chair was on the way. Most recently, over two weeks ago, I called and was told that it was being loaded on the truck at the factory and should be on it’s way. I appreciated the call from the general manager (Steve) who offered free delivery of the chair when it comes in and also $ 100 off the price. He also offered us the display model but who wants to pay for a display that’s been sit on by hundreds of people. We paid for a brand new set so we wanted a brand new set. $ 100 off and free delivery doesn’t mean much if the chair never comes. I waited two more weeks after his initial call and still nothing. We would have never bought the couch and loveseat if we knew upfront that we were not going to get the chair. When we bought the set, we were told that the chair was on it’s way and was supposed to have been there the day before we bought the set. We bought it on a Sunday and were under the impression that it would be there at the first of the week. I called yesterday and still no info on the chair delivery so I just cancelled the chair altogether. I was then asked if I wanted to cancel the financing on the chair. What? Why would I want to finance and pay for a chair that I don’t have and will never have. So now, we have no chair, no recliner and no satisfaction. Not a happy camper. My advice is that if you choose to buy here, make sure they have the items on hand. Do not put much stock in their promises.

Upon walking in to the newly remodeled store I was bombarded with employees asking if they could help me find something. I told them i was just looking and when i see something i will get someone.
I felt very uncomfortable being followed around like i was gonna steal the couch and take it out the front door.
Looking at the prices this place is nuts.
The prices are wayyyy high for this quality pf furniture.
Would not recommend. Dont waste your time.

I will never set foot in this store again. We ordered a bed 4 months ago. Six weeks after we placed the order, they said it was ready for delivery. Unfortunately it was the wrong bed. Then, after 4 months, and without any notice, the delivery truck shows up at my house. Our babysitter was there, but my wife had to take off work to deal with the delivery. I would give these yahoo’s zero stars if that was an option.
