I worked for a real estate office as a closing admin and used Bentley & Associates and their sister company, Statewide Pest Services, for almost all of our clients. Their exceptional customer service, detailed reports, and willingness to make appointments rain or shine and at the drop of a hat make them two of the best companies I have ever worked with. They knew me by name and helped move appointments around when I ran into time crunches. They always quoted prices for everything and sent reminders to me and to our clients and agents within 15 minutes of making the appointment. They always called ahead if they were running behind or had to reschedule, and they were happy to answer any questions we or our clients had about their reports and procedures. I’ve worked with several home and termite inspection companies and would recommend Bentley’s and Statewide as the top two in the business. They are wonderful!
