MEHHHHH. Ok — I like this location because they have pretty much anything you want in stock, whereas I think the East location has more items that they have to order for you. As an establishment in general, it’s bad-​ass how they will just take alllll the coupons you have and make them work somehow. You are not living it up if you don’t take in a stack of expired BBB coupons for whatever you’re buying. Now. The service here? SUCKS. Rude or just dead-​fish style interactions. However, it’s worth it all in the end. Great Yankee candle sales and always check out the clearance section in linens!

I rarely give a 1 star, but after today’s misleading advertisement & poor customer service, I had too.
At entrance of Bed Bad & Beyond there is a large banner promising 20% for first time subscribers off after texting to 239 663. I texted and got an error message, thought to myself the clerk will for sure honor at check out. right?
Wrong, the clerk said FIVE days after the text you will BEGIN to receive discounts, what a load of BS, and the clerk did not honor it!!! If I was not in need of this purchase I would have left all on the belt. But I walked out and said this is false advertisement. Shame on you!

I love this place! They have absolutely everything! Kitchenware, bedding, small appliances, you name it. You can always find it here. I very highly recommend. Sign up for mailing list. They don’t bother you, but they send you a lot of 5 dollar off coupons.
