The scheduling process is quick, easy and painless but everyone should understand that if you are attempting to schedule with the best they may not have an appointment on the date you need so be flexible.
Summer is an outstanding esthetician and I have used this type of service from FL to Alaska and I will never see anyone but Summer S.!!
Teresa has been my go to hair artist for almost 10 years and her creativity and dedication to doing what is best to keep my hair healthy is amazing. If Teresa is not available when I need something her team is there to back her up and I trust any of them, Courtney, Emily, Brittany, Sara or Whitney!!!
Stefanie is an excellent nail artist!!! And if you looking to relax with a perfect massage then Jessie is the person to see!!!
The salon itself is peaceful and beautiful and this beauty is enriched by the wonderful artists who continue their craft inside. Highly recommend Alchemy Salon!!!

My cuts and color at Alchemy have been hit or miss. I have had some great visits, and some not so great visits. I like the actual salon, and I think the inside is very pretty. Overall, I feel welcomed and everyone is friendly. My main complaint with this salon is trying to schedule an appointment by leaving a voicemail. I would recommend to anyone trying to book an appointment, do NOT leave a message. I have tried multiple times leaving messages stating what I want done with specific times and days I can have the appointment scheduled for, only to get a call back with a voicemail stating they have an opening on another date and time that I cannot make. I feel like they don’t even pay attention to the date/​time you’re giving them, they just call back with the soonest time available and that is it. I’ve also left messages that have never gotten a call back. So in that instance, I think the customer service is very poor. If you want to have dedicated customers, make them feel like they’re important and like you’re actually trying to work with them to get an appointment scheduled.

Heard great things about this salon. Had a consultation & talked about my hair color & needs. Made an appointment and ended up not liking my color at all. Way too dark & warm (opposite of what I communicated I wanted). Called back & ask if I could either book an appointment to remedy the color or get a refund on the color portion. I was happy with the cut and didn’t mind paying for that service. They would not do either. Had to spend more money to go to another salon to get color corrected.

This place is amazing! Sometimes when you go to a fancy salon the people there are not very nice and kind of give off that vibe that they think they are better than you and this is definitely not that kind of place. The staff is very friendly and you can tell that they genuinely care about what they do. They are big into learning and know the latest techniques in coloring. Emily turned my died black (for 8 years) hair to blonde in 2 sessions with minimal damage. I love my hair and I have gotten so many compliments! They spend extra time making sure did they take care of the customer. They make a custom blend of the shampoo and conditioner mixture on your hair and I think she even put a color sealer on my hair. They also give you a head massage for a few minutes and take the time to style your hair, they are not trying to rush you out. As long as I live in Knoxville I will definitely always come to this salon only.

Alchemy Salon is top notch! Courtney is a master stylist and has transformed my hair color the past year through balayage. The technique is amazing and this salon knows how to do it right! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Knoxville! Emily and Britney are wonderful too! It’s great to have more than one option at a salon and I feel so comfortable with everyone!
