Adam Smith-RE/MAX Preferred Properties

I think I am the only one who was fortunate not to meet this man during the dealing of buying a home. He is in real estate but he is also into flipping houses. First let me say as a flipper, he did an excellent job on the renovations of the house my husband and I purchased. As an agent/​owner, I am not so certain. I hear he yelled at the agency we were using. I also hear he yelled at the title company and the finance company. I don’t know if this man does not like women in the public eye or if it is just his demeanor. What I do know is I would not do business with this man based on the word of mouth I have heard. When you hear the same thing from several different people it makes you wonder who you are dealing with. All I can say is I am the fortunate one as my southern hillbilly would have come out had this man yelled at me.
