Had some problems with my old hvac unit and called to have it serviced. The tech came out and was very honest about what was needed and that because of its age it would only be a temporary fix. Was able to get an estimate on a new unit and have it installed on the same day as the service call. The 2 installers were very friendly and knowledgable. They were able to have it finished in just a couple of hours. It was a great experience dealing with these people.

I called this company to find out why my heat pump was sometimes blowing out cold air. The Tech first said I needed these parts, but then later he said, NO, I needed this part. And that he would come back the next day and do it. The next day came and when it looked like he wasn’t coming over to do the job, I called the office and they sent over another man. This man told me I didn’t NEED that item! Two Techs., two different diagnosis, and still the problem isn’t fixed. The Techs were nice, but I felt they should both come to the same conclusion on repairing a heat pump. So., I’ll be calling another company in the future.
