The customer service here is excellent and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them and would definitely rent from them again.

The customer service here is above and beyond. Even if it wasn’t the best price (which it was) I would still recommend this place just on the fact that they genuinely want your business and are willing to work with you. I believe the lady’s name was Erin, she was so friendly and helpful, unlike many of the storage unit companies I had looked at prior to selecting security. Even with my rambunctious little one running around (going behind the counter and opening things) she was very understanding and patient and accommodating! I have already told everyone if they need storage to come here! Don’t even bother to wast your time with anyone else! I rarely leave reviews to places but this place stuck out in a good way and had to share! :-)
