Wonderful experience in two different days! First, Let me say they are professional, personable, kind, efficient, quick, excellent communication skills and had nothing but an excellent experience.
I had to have an estimate on repairs/​inspection on one location hvac, and it was done by Andrew. Polite, efficient, down to business. Answered all questions and explained in regular language what he saw and analyzed in his inspection.
Then, Russ, as well as Tracy, the owner, were amazing with their efficient communication, reasonable time for their replacement of a coil and air compressor and even communicated with me over the weekend… both Saturday and sunday on their days off! I was pleased how quick they return calls, how quickly they were able to replace a unit, pleased with their inspections, and today, had Chris, one of their installation technicians and he was diligent, professional, quick, neat, kind, explained everything I needed him to, and even during his installation, his supervisor called to check to see if all was going well and if I was satisfied thus far with the experience. I cannot tell you how rare this is. I definitely recommend this company, and am pleased with every aspect of my experience with them. Including Deanna, their office person.
Give them a chance. in spite of what an ‘old’ review said. I recommend them and will continue to do so.

Contacted Quality Comfort Services first thing in the morning for an air conditioning problem at my new home. After promising to have a technician out first thing after lunch, they called back within 30 minutes and informed me someone had freed up and was on their way. Within 30 minutes, we had a technician on site, and 30 minutes later, we had functional air conditioning. Our problem was a bad capacitor.
All in all, service was fast and cost was reasonable. I would certainly use them again.
