When I joined Unilocal,I never thought that one of the businesses I would eventually review would be a funeral home. The service our family received from Poole recently is worthy of positive comments.
We were most fortunate that over a decade ago my parents had prepaid and pre-​arranged details concerning their funerals. When my Dad passed away, we notified Poole Funeral Home who checked their records and put the process into motion. Our family was left with very few minor details, such as the flowers we desired, the newspaper obituary and the times for viewing and the service.
The staff was nothing short of polite and professional during the viewing, service, and graveside ceremony. Any questions that arose since then have been promptly and professionally addressed.
