Excellent customer service! Very helpful in selecting a car stereo and they did not push the expensive stuff. They were also very quick installing my stereo. Everyone there was super nice.

I am not impressed. It literally took all day just to install 4 speakers, even though no modification was necessary. They also broke the door molding, although it isn’t terribly noticeable. They left bundles of excess speaker wire inside my doors that make a loud thump when lowering the windows. They fixed one, but it also took several hours. I haven’t had time to get the other one fixed because of how long I have to leave the car, and the shop isn’t near anything for me to be able to walk to, and they have no waiting area.
