I called and reserved my rental car for a Wednesday I called back the same day to change it to Tuesday. The representative told me no problem they would even be able to pick me up from work. I called 30 min prior to my pick up to confirm, and the person that answered acted confused, and was unable to pull up my reservation by my name or my reservation number. They told me that I was reserved for Wednesday. I let them know who I spoke with on Monday, the gal expressed that she was sorry but they do not have a car until 5:00. I called at 5:20 still no car. Stranded in Klamath Falls.

I have not had a bad or even a less than great experience using Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The service is top notch. Employees are friendly and courteous. And they are more than willing to work with someone who doesn’t use plastic money! That makes it all the better. Oh, and the cars are pretty nice to.
