Lady Victorian

I fancy myself a bit of an independent fashion store aficionado and I have found quite the gem here! Even though the store is larger than most boutiques (NOT a bad thing of course) the staff/​owners were lovely and I finally found the southern charm I’ve heard so much about on my trip. (Granted, once my stack of «I’ll take these» pile started piling up, they became a bit friendlier to me and not just the daily locals). I was lucky enough to arrive on the off season and their sale was one of the best boutique sales I’ve ever seen from coast to coast! Their prices are independent boutique prices; if you don’t know what I mean by that then please don’t be tacky and shocked when they aren’t Banana Republic (or any random mall chain store). You’ll find what you won’t find at the mall: original, well made, higher end, and absolutely worth the prices. If you are looking for a jewel that also sells local jewelry then meander to the donuts on a stick and then saunter here. Just wipe off the powder from the donut first! The clothing is too nice for next door donut dust. (Which is also delicious).

This place is ao unique! Many antique items. Clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes an more. I can spend an hour or two shopping in here. So much to look at! The lady’s that work here are so nice. When I ever visit again, I must stop in!
