Aqua Jet Car Wash

Stay away! After putting money into the slot at the self-​use bay, I noticed the floor bay was covered with an inch of mud. I wanted to spray rinse my car and use the foam brush. The sprayer house had a leak at the top which got me soaked; it was not useable. The foam brush did not function at all (no soap). Clearly this car wash is not maintained. The automated wash didn’t work much better, and actually damaged my car. I called the posted number and was treated offensively by the woman who answered. She had no interest in listening to my concern; it appeared my call was inconveniencing her. Clearly this car wash needs a maintenance program and staff needs customer service training. I would give this car wash zero stars if I could.
