Just Don’t! I must agree with the other reviews here. I have had all the same experiences as they have. Service has gone down hill fast at this location. The staff clearly no longer cares to be helpful or professional to customers. The rudeness is a level unto it self. Lanes are always long inside and in the drive thru. Many, many times after going thru the drive thru I need to park and go in because the order is incorrect. I think they can recover with the proper training. Food is very descent when they get it right.

If you’re really hungry this place isn’t even worth the time it takes to get the food. I’ve never been to any fast food resturant that takes this long to not only take your order but also to give you the food.
I wanted a drink after my friends took 30 mins to order and get their food, but it was taking so long I just gave up. I’m a pretty patient person but my frustration came from only 3 persons to include myself were in the line.

I went there one night and they were very slow. The cashier customer service was terrible I made sure I told the manager. He said that he just got there but he will be working on that.

Slow slow and slow. The line of people waiting was longer than the people placing an order. Granted this was a Sunday night but schedule more people who can move the line because obviously the 8 – 10 you have dont know what they are doing. Very poor customer service and VERY disorganized crew

Horrible service at night. I waited in line for 30 minutes before my order was taken and the worker taking it was extremely rude. When I finally arrived at the window, I realized I was over charged and when I brought it up to the worker she called the manager over and the manager said «wow, really?! just give her back her 60 cents.» The staff is horrible and so is the service.

Disappointed in service. Ordered food from unsmiling, unfriendly cashier. She was visibly not happy to tell me the difference between two of the burgers and in fact just stared at me when I asked; another teammate told me after our uncomfortable stare down. I ordered one of the burgers without the bun due to my daughters gluten allergy. No smiles or thank you… They brought the order to me with the bun. I told them it was incorrect and I have an allergy. They proceeded to take it to the lady who made it wrong; thankfully I had a bad feeling about it and moved over to the side so I could see them and saw her peeling the bread off the burger so she could send it back to me. I voiced that it was contaminated with gluten and must have a new burger. They did oblige but was treated like I was an inconvenience to them. Not planning on going back:(

It used to be good when they first opened… Food is not as fresh anymore… Breakfast was great but is no longer available. It provided competition for BK and McD’s at one point but it feels like they just gave up.

Back for seconds always fresh and delicious, staff is friendly and the line moves quickly.
