I drove up to the drive thru, it was pretty busy so there was a small wait. I could obviously tell there would be when I chose to sit in line. When I got to the window the barista said«it’s on me today, sorry about the wait» completely unexpected but definitely brightened my day! Every time I’ve come here the service has been great and the drive thru is beyond convenient! That Starbucks team!

Very busy and typical Starbucks coffee, which I’m not a fan off anyway. But the service here was HORRIBLE. The cashier refused to give me change 2 dollar bills suggesting I go to the Walgreens and get change. Really? I wasn’t buying anything from Walgreens. I figure if Starbucks can’t change a couple of dollars for a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars on their coffee and desserts, then they don’t need my business obviously. Not that starbucks even cares, but this cashier and experience will be my last. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Wow. This place puts the one star in starbucks. When we entered at 8AM, there was no line. I thought I had won the starbucks lottery, but like most dreams hitched to the wagon of a starbucks order, they fell to earth and dissolved faster than the foam on top of a latte. You’d think since we were the only people on line to order they would take it, but they didn’t. Make no mistake. There was someone behind the counter, but they just stood there. I thought perhaps one of the disney animations had wondered off property, and was trying to blend in with the fabric of our society. Was its battery low? No. It was a person. They took our order. It came out wrong. Oatmeal was cold and did not use enough water. They forgot the muffin we ordered, until we reminded them.

Aside from the fact that this is such a great location, the drive thru line is soooo long because of the business it generates. It takes FOREVER because STARBUCKS refuses to limit drive up order sizes on specialty drinks, or just in general. I recently saw a woman order 2 whole coffee holders full of drinks, thru the drive up, which is about 8 drinks at the LEAST!!! SERIOUSLY??? Secondly, because the baristas are running behind and being rushed to accommodate the slobs that hog up the line with HUGE orders, they make mistakes in preparing simple drinks such as regular coffee with cream. Thirdly, I just paid 2.85 for a VENTI cup of black coffee this morning so I guess you just raised your prices as well? Last week, I paid 2.63 for the same order so it went up .22 cents per cup. I refuse to pay almost $ 3 for a cup, yet a large one, of coffee. Totally ridiculous! Last but not least, STARBUCKS can forget the business from myself, my husband, who loves TRENTA Ice Tea Lemonades(amost $ 5 each) and all our adult children, since you no longer want to recognize CHRISTMAS! Goodbye Starbucks! I’ve already found my new coffee love for a fraction of the cost and without supporting a company that refuses to recognize CHRISTMAS, afterall, many Christians support Starbucks but I’ll bet you’ll see a decrease after the foolish announcement your corporate office recently made regarding religious holidays. FOOLS!!!

Wow… Customer service is lacking… The cashier gave me such a hard time with ordering my drink. She wasn’t aware that the chai eggnog frap was apart of the free bogo deal. I had to sit there for a good 5 mins. Trying to explain that to her. Then when she put in the orders … It worked… Checkmate! She needs to be retrained in customer service. Scolded customers… Not right. Even if a customer is wrong… She should know she doesn’t need to raise her voice. I’m not deaf nor am I stupid!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Employees were confused when I asked for decaf and didn’t know what coffee that had decaf. Then I watched as they messed up about 3 orders and took 20 min for a tall coffee! Never again!

This Starbucks just opened not too long ago with the new shopping plaza that they’ve added and I have to say they have a long way to go. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the place looks really nice. Really big and nice place to relax and hang out. The customer service at this location is very lacking. First thing to note is that this Starbucks was not that busy when I got there, and I waited as if there was 100 people in the store. The baristas were inattentive, were not connecting with the customers and they just looked like they didn’t care. Finally, after 15 minutes waiting for an iced coffee, they made it wrong! But because I waited so long to get it the first time, I left with a coffee I didn’t like and an unhappy customer. Disappointed.

This is by far the Starbucks with the best customer service they made a couple of my drinks a bit off but we’re willing to redo or add whatever I asked for to improve my experience. Drive thru is the biggest plus!

It’s a starbucks. Jammed into a busy shopping center, getting in and parking was enough of a hassle. I like the Osceola Parkway location .uch better. Everyone here seemed rushed and just not such a great armosphere.

Ok, I looooove starbucks. It has the best coffee, in my opinion. This starbucks, however, is kind of disappointing. I ordered a vanilla Chai, my husband did, as well. It was horrible. Our breakfast sadwiches looked like a child put them together. I’d expect better service for the price. If im paying $ 20 for 2 teas and 2 eggs and ham sandwiches, I should at least be able to enjoy it.

My double latte is always done to perfection. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I love love love the drive thru feature it’s definitely my favorite. The inside is very comfy and clean. The outside seating is great for the weekends.

My coffee is perfect every time! Great customer service, beautiful and spacious inside. I can never go wrong with my Caramel Macchiato to get me going in the morning, if I am hungry I usually get the Reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. So happy this location opened up close to home, and best of all it has a drive thru.

This is a modern Starbucks close off Osceola near the Turnpike! I was glad for the convenience… although it is a little hard to get back on Osceola from there.
