I called them to come out and look at a clogged tub. Eddy the tech was great. He fixed the tub and went above and beyond to clean up after and explain everything to me. Thanks Eddy!!!

Made an appointment online a few days early for a Friday between 2−4pm. got a call at 3pm saying it might be as late as 6pm. then i got a call at 6pm saying it could be as late as 8pm. then i got a call at 8pm saying it’ll be really late or i can reschedule to Saturday between 8am-​10am and get a 15% discount. next morning, i get a call at 9 saying it’ll be maybe 1030am earliest or i can reschedule. i had things to do so i rescheduled to 6−8pm. 8pm rolls around and i had to call them and they said it’ll be closer to 9pm. i ask to talk to the supervisor and he accuses me of missing a phone call last night! (i mean, who cares if i missed a call, what does that have to do with you couldn’t be there anyways?) i get him to begrudgingly give me 20% now. 9pm rolls around and i had to call them again and they say their van broke and it could be until midnight. i say, i don’t care how late it is, let’s get this thing done. then i get a call at 10pm saying he’ll be there in 30 minutes.
the guy finally arrives, really nice guy, fixes it in under an hour and all is good. so, once you actually get service it’s good. it’s just getting to the service!
