This Ross is in a very nice, upscale shopping center, yet inside it is a mess. There are much better Rosses around town, ones that are cleaner and more well-​maintained.
The lines are ridiculously long.
The men’s selection is smaller than other Ross stores.
The place is a mess of stuff all over the aisles.
Clothes lie on the floor, it doesn’t look like employees keep the store orderly during the day.
