Riverside Chinese Cafe

The serve was terrible AND SLOW we called in an order we was in a truck behind the Walmart why it took almost an hour before the food finally came then the food wasn’t even good! I eat the hell out of chicken but couldn’t for the life of me figure out what part of the bird they used for the sesame seed chicken but it wasn’t worth the wait! I would have given them NO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION THE FOOD WAS THAT BAD! Eat at Walmart their food is the bomb!

(I would actually do ZERO stars but that’s not an option.)
Where to start, maybe with the fact that they don’t have any menus for you to actually hold in your hand. You have to stand staring at the wall or counter while you decide what you want to eat. I asked if they had a to go menu that I could look at because I didn’t have my glasses, The lady behind the counter said no that you just had to look at one of the menus either on the counter on the wall.
We should’ve left right then and there.
We had three entrées one of which was broccoli with chicken. Everything was bland. Even the spicy dish was bland. I’m not the best cook in the world but I could’ve done these dishes better.
Also, she said 15 minutes we placed our order at 7:50 it wasn’t ready until 8:25.
Save your time and money and keep on driving.

Went here based on overall star rating and was pretty disappointed. The general tso chicken that my boyfriend got was pretty good but the chicken lo mein I had was VERY disappointing. I also got the wonton soup and it was really bland and overall was lacking flavor.
The lady at the front was very nice though and is the reason I’m not rating this place lower.

AMAZINGGGGGG food.
I ordered two diff. things and both were exceptionally great. Very generous with the meat in my meals and no weird pieces where you’re questioning what it is. Fast delivery, great phone communication skills, Good food good service.

I love this establishment! Don’t let the area discourage you from coming.
The food is very inexpensive (especially for lunch specials), hot, and tasty, while the service is great. I’ve been ordering from Riverside for many years and will continue to do so.

The food here are both fresh and tasty. People are nice, place is clean, peaceful and quiet. And the guy works in the front desk with tattoo, he’s funny. Lol. Will come back for more!

I’ve eaten here many times. I’ve always gotten very good food. the owners are very nice and gracious.

The good:
I appreciate that The Riverside Café made my dish with no MSG.
The owner was extremely friendly.
Relatively clean.
The shrimp were large
The meal was served quickly
The not so good:
My dish wasn’t flavorful at all.
Not many shrimp
The woman’s restroom had no toilet paper

Just stopped here for a quick dinner. Good food. And the owner was such a sweetheart. Will visit again when in the area. YUMMO!

Quality Chinese at decent prices. With delivery. I love this place. They’re always happy to fix something that’d wrong and that doesn’t happen often. When I want Chinese I always go to riverside

I come here often and have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant.
The service especially is What keeps me coming back.
The owners are so sweet and friendly.
Always greet you with a smile and seem to be so genuine.
The Lady gave my daughter a lollipop last time we were here. It was very sweet.
And the food is good too!!!

Nothing special here. I ordered the Orange Chicken lunch special along with an order of Crab Rangoon. The pork fried rice was okay but the Orange Chicken was actually kind of nasty. The sauce was a bit on the bland side and the chicken seemed like a very low quality meat. The best thing was the Crab Rangoon. There are better options in the area and so I will not be returning here.
