Drove by there yesterday and it’s CLOSED with a real estate sign out front. The flea market was completely emptiy — cleaned out totally. The out parcels(a bar and a few other businesses) were still there including what looked like the office for the flea market). Can’t find anything online about it.

Pulled off the Turnpike as I was driving on my own on my way back from Orlando to Miami to have a look see because this place has been like an itching flea in my flea market collar since I first saw the signs on the Turnpike years ago. Nothing worth salvaging here other than some military jackets and hats and some genuine antique pieces in a warehouse type«antique store» to the side. «Auld Tribiste» my mom would have called the rest of the stuff on sale here. Light up pictures of Jesus with moving eyes, black velvet works of «art» for hanging in your double wide. Wolf head t-shirts, union flags on hats and t-shirts and scarves(and pretty much anything else you could put a flag on), big belt buckles and cheap kitchen utensils as far as the eye could see. ASSEENONTV items on every corner. A pet«store» with rabbits and snakes… hmmmm… An Elvis impersonator was holding a rivited audience in the palm of his hand in the«food court». I felt sad being there.
