I was very pleased with the friendly staff of Dr. Syed he was very helpful and answered my questions. I was skeptical of his low price but he had all of the highest quality machines and product. I did the vampire facial and for $ 299 it was very well worth the price! No one else can offer you that price in Orlando! I am very happy I gave New U Medspa a try!

I had a Botox treatment here and couldn’t be more pleased. It is a modestly appointed hole-​in-​the-​wall, so I was skeptical. But let me tell you: the doctor is fantastic and the price can’t be beat. I’ve had treatments that cost twice as much in NYC and DC, and the doctor here put those doctors (yes, actual doctors) to shame. He was incredibly gentle and very deliberate. In the past doctors have just quickly injected me in a few sites and left me with little bruises that lasted for weeks. Not so with this doctor. It’s only a few hours after my treatment and you can’t even tell I had it done today. Oh and I also have an extra $ 400 in my pocket.

After going there previously for Botox, I just had the Vampire Facelift. I love Teresa and how she showed me some before and after pictures and explained what was going to happen. Dr. Syed is very nice and I think his staff is great. Everything is the procedure room was clean and sterile. I honestly cannot wait to go back for my next procedure! Thanks New U Med Spa for making me younger today!

Dr. Syed was very patient, friendly and personal. He was very detailed and told me that I didn’t need too much so he gave me just the right amount that I needed. I am so thankful and I know I will be returning.

Came here for Botox after seeing a Groupon for it. Was a little skeptical at first (as buying Botox on Groupon seems sketchy in itself) but the office was very clean and the doctor was very professional and very kind. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me the vial/​needle before injecting. Let’s see how the results turn out!

This medspa is a hidden gem centrally located in near Disney and all resort areas. Dr Syed is board certified in all types of cosmetic procedures and all his certificates are posted in the relaxing medspa waiting area.
Before my treatment of Botox he showed me the product as well as the amounts he would be using which is a plus to patients. Afterwards he shows you what he did and spends as much time needed to answer any questions.
I highly recommend this spa because the Dr Syed has his MD and is well rounded in all areas of patient client needs. A+

I went to this location for a free skincare consultation. It was my first time there and I was not impressed. The medical assistant came to the waiting room and asked me out loud in front of another male also in the waiting room «are you here for Botox?» I was not only embarrassed but in complete shock that she would do such a thing in a Doctor’s waiting room. It did not get any better as she started to walk away and told me to follow her without addressing me in a proper and professional manner. Once we got to the patient examination room, I addressed my concerns with her and told her how dissatisfied I was with her, she brushed me off as if it wasn’t a big deal. She would constantly talk over me and didn’t give me a chance to tell her why I was there.
I would not recommend this place. It was the worse experience in a Doctor’s office I ever had.

Had the Vampire facelift done and microneedles to help rejuvenate new cell skins for healthy beautiful young glow skin the staff is friendly & Dr. Syed is amazing he spoke to me throu with the whole procedure making me feel confident, and secure. The next day i was back to work as normal no bruising. Amazing natural transformation … thanks by. Amy Perez
